Just some quick bug fixing and polishing. Hoping to release a trailer for the game soon as well.

Changes:

• Added in new versions of various sound effects that blend together better
• Added individual sound level options
• Changed how Cascade loop sounds work so the loop properly runs until the end of the Cascade effect
• Changed around some camera code to give a better impression of movement
• Changed Cascade cooldown so it now comes off cooldown at either Surge Start or End, no need to wait for it before starting a new Surge
